New Year, Better Me

If you know me, you know that I do not promote any type of diet culture. I’m not here for any “lose weight fast” fad diets or depriving yourself to the point of starvation. I promote self-love. July and August Challenges

During the month of July, I challenged my Instagram followers to complete the water challenge with me. The goal was to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. This was a great way to stay hydrated during the dog days of summer, or how my mother calls it, la canícula. I had 8 wonderful ladies take me up on the challenge. We had daily check ins and posted our water consumption on Instagram stories. Sometimes we tagged each other, sometimes we didn't; we just went with the flow! Dear Body,  First off, I want to thank you for always supporting me. You have always been there for me, through thick and thin. I know in the past I haven't always been your biggest fan.   Hola! I am Clemencia, the face of Gordita Pero Cute. Most people call me Cleme, Clems, Clemie, Clem or some other variation! My family has always called me La Gordis or Gorda.
